What Unvayl is
Unvayl shows your graded card inventory on a screen at your table, and puts your price book and register on your phone. One app, two screens:
- TableGrid is the table view, for an iPad, laptop or tablet facing your customers.
- Handset is your controller and till, on your phone. Phones open here.
On a phone, switch between them with the TableGrid and Handset buttons.
Common questions
How do I try it without an account?
Tap Try Demo on the sign-in screen. It runs both screens on made-up sample cards. Nothing is saved, and it works without internet.
I forgot my password.
Email support@unvayl.io from the address on your account.
I lost the phone with my authenticator app.
Sign in with one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on two-factor sign-in. Each code works once. No codes? Email us from your account's address.
Can I use Face ID?
Yes. In the app, open Account and turn on Face ID for that device. Your face data never leaves the device.
How do I connect a tray, scanner or CardDisplay?
In the app, go to Account → Pair a device. The app makes a 6-character code; type it into the device within a few minutes.
Does it work with bad show Wi-Fi?
Yes. The app keeps your inventory and sales on the device and syncs when it's back online.
How do I get my data out?
Account → Delete account → Export my data first saves a file with all your data. You can stop there without deleting anything. For a spreadsheet of your sales, use Sales & Ledger → Export All.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, inventory and sales from our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
